August Bank Holiday Opening & Shipping Information

The following information applies to the 2021 August Bank Holiday, Saturday 28 – Monday 30.

Opening Hours

We will be closed on Saturday and Monday. Neither LiveChat nor phone lines will be operational but please send us messages and we’ll pick them up on Tuesday at 10am when we re-open.

Orders & Dispatch

All orders will dispatch as per usual on Friday, August 27. No orders will dispatch on Monday, August 30.

Delivery information is as follows:

Components & Console Hardware

For items that are shipped via DPD, orders place on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

Video Games

Video games ship via Royal Mail. For orders placed on Friday, they will be delivered with your next post.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be posted on Tuesday, delivered with your Wednesday post.
