Christmas 2023 Opening & Shipping Information

The following information outlines when we are open over Christmas and when you can expect delivery of orders.

Customer Services

The customer service office will close at 5PM on Wednesday, December 20th and open again on Thursday, January 4th.

If you have placed an order and are worried about where it is – please be patient and allow an extra day or two. If something is lost, delayed or misdelivered, regrettably, we won’t be able to do anything about it after Wednesday, December 20th, due to the time it takes for couriers to get back to us after raising a query, the 24 – 48 hour lag to get things re-shipped and their Christmas closures.

Any losses or misdeliveries will be handled when we return to work on January 4th.

Shipping Dates

The following dates are when warehouses are open and processing orders between now and the start of January.

Wednesday, December 20th – This is the date we’re recommending orders for Christmas are placed no later than to be delivered before Christmas. While the warehouses are open and shipping on Thursday, any order placed after 2PM on Wednesday may not be delivered in time for Christmas.

Thursday, December 21st – Warehouses are open, but it will be 50/50 if your order arrives in time for Christmas.

Friday, December 22nd – Orders will be processed but delivered after Christmas.

Wednesday, December 27th – Friday, December 29th – Orders will be processed, but allow an extra 24 – 48 hours for them to be delivered.

Tuesday, January 2nd – Warehouses re-open, but allow an extra 24 hours for orders to process.

Wednesday, January 3rd – Normal service resumes.
