Forever Entertainment (“FE”) is a leading publisher of video games for the Nintendo Switch console, as well as a producer and publisher of its own video games. The Company also operates as a partner of numerous independent (“indie”) developers.

The release of video game remakes constitutes yet another pillar of the Company’s activity. FE is to begin releasing remake games based on iconic titles from the 1990s. This is an important niche market on which FE is aiming to focus its activities in the years to come. The first titles published will include: Panzer Dragoon: Remake and Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei: Remake.
